Vintage JFD "Sockette" Radio Tube Adapter #4A used to convert/replace a 1C5GT tube by using a 3C5GT tube.
Comes with the original box and original paperwork that has a double sided chart showing which JFD socket numbers are used for the conversion of which tubes.
The box has some worn corners and moderate denting from age and storage.
