Shop with confidence because at Classic Currents, we stand by the quality and accuracy of our tubes. We guarantee that every vacuum tube you purchase will arrive in the condition described and pictured.

Returns for Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or inconsistent with its description, we are here to make it right. You have 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label and issue a full refund upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.

Returns for New/Unused Items

If you decide an item is not what you need, you may return it within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is in the exact same physical condition, tests the same as it did when shipped, and is returned in its original, undamaged packaging.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us here with your order number.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please note that banks may take 5–10 business days to post the credit to your account.

Please Note: To ensure quality assurance and inventory integrity, we do not issue partial refunds. All returns must be inspected by our team prior to the issuance of a refund.
