This is a thermocouple tube made for aircraft fire protection systems.
The two smaller pins show continuity when tested but the overall working condition is unknown beyond that. The tube number (121-1) is worn off of the glass.
The white speckling that you see is on the interior of the glass.
It is untested and the working condition is unknown, therefore it is being sold as is described and pictured.
