Tubes are closely matched for Gm tests (see below), date codes and internal structures - they are identical. 
The boxes have some staining on the front tabs and some general areas of scuffing - see photos.

Tested on a calibrated Hickok TV-10 military tube tester with no shorts and no leaks with the following results:

Gm Test = 4250 and 4125 micromhos
Minimum pass/good = 2700
