Gray ladder plates with triple mica spacers and top square halo getters.
Each one retains the 5814A number although faintly. However the numbering font style on one is slightly different. Aside from that, they are structurally identical with one have a little less getter flashing than the other two.
Tested on a calibrated Hickok TV-10 military tube tester with no shorts and no leaks with the following results:
Gm Test = 2300-2200, 2450-2425 and 2275-2350 micromhos
