Tubes are very closely matched for Gm Testing (see below), date codes and internal structure - they are identical.
The wording is partially worn but still legible.

Tested on a calibrated Hickok TV-10 military tube tester with no shorts and no leaks with the following results:

Gm Test = 7250-1925 and 7250-1900 micromhos
Minimum pass/good = 4700-1300
