The 274 EIA code indicates that these tubes were made by RCA for Motorola.
Tubes are closely matched for mutual conductance (Gm), date codes and internal structure - they are identical.
The wording is partially worn on both. The boxes show minor scuffing overall.
Tested on a calibrated Hickok TV-10 military tube tester with no shorts and no leaks with the following results:
