Tubes are closely matched for mutual conductance (Gm), date codes and internal structure - they are identical.
Gray plates with side square D getters.

Each box has a packaged date of 5/64 (May, 1964) which aligns with the date codes on the tubes.
The boxes have some spots of scuffing and surface staining.

Tested on a calibrated Hickok TV-10 military tube tester with no shorts and no leaks with the following results:
