Date Codes H5E and H6E.
The boxes have a wartime contract date of November, 1943.

Tubes are matched for Gm tests (see below) and external structure - they are identical.

The boxes have some denting and small tearing on the bottom edges.

Tested on a calibrated Hickok TV-10 military tube tester with no shorts and no leaks with the following results:

Gm Test = 2375 and 2375 micromhos
Minimum pass/good = 1260
