The 274 EIA code indicates that this tube was made by RCA for Zenith.
The box shows some overall with a small bit of writing on one side panel.
This tube tests as NOS.
Tested on a calibrated Hickok TV-10 military tube tester and exhibiting no shorts at 1600 where 800 is minimum pass/good.
