(1) Tested Zenith 17JM6 tube with Original Box.
The 188 EIA code indicates that this tube was made by GE for Zenith.
The box has a dented corner - see photos 4 and 5.
Tested on a calibrated Knight KG-600B tube tester with no shorts and no leaks where 50 is minimum pass/good with the following results:
Zenith = 88
