The box has some staining on the front tab/flap.
This tube tests as NOS.
Tested on a calibrated Hickok TV-10 military tube tester and exhibiting no shorts or leaks with the following results:
Gm Test = 3175-9250 micromhos
Minimum pass/good = 1900-5300
NOS rating = 2850-7950
