The bottom tab of the box is slightly torn.
Tested on a calibrated Hickok TV-10 military tube tester with no shorts and no leaks with the following results:
Gm Test = 1050 micromhos
Minimum pass/good = 800
The diode sections test at 1200-2050 where 800-800 is minimum pass/good.
