This tube tests well above NOS ratings.
Very attractive artwork however the box must be handled delicately. The top flap/tab is still somewhat secured but is ready to separate. One other inner flap/tab has some separation from the box - see photos.
Tested on a calibrated Hickok TV-10 military tube tester with no shorts and no leaks with the following results:
