Tested with the diode function of a multimeter, the results are as follows:
.018V across collector and base.
.018V across emitter and base.
Beyond that, the operating and working condition is unknown. It appears to have never been used and comes with the original box and internal cloth wrapping. The box has a small hole in it and the bottom flap/tab has a small tear. This has all been pictured for your consideration.
