The manufacturer's name and tube number have both been completely worn off from the glass. The little bit of yellow paint remnant and internal structure leads us to believe this may be a Sylvania tube. It has only an etch code of KUA on the glass.
Tested on a calibrated Knight KG-600B tube tester with no shortsand no leaks where 50 is minimum pass/good with the following results:
