There is a very small chip on the top lip of the base that has been pointed out - see photo 3. 
Obviously this doesn't affect performance in anyway. The tube number on the glass is faded.

Tested on a calibrated Hickok TV-10 military tube tester with no shorts and no leaks with the following results:

Gm Test = 10,000 micromhos
Minimum pass/good = 5650
