This tube tests well above the average NOS rating.
The tube number has been faintly scratched into the backside of the base - see photo 4.
Tested on a calibrated Hickok TV-10 military tube tester with no shorts and no leaks with the following results:
Gm Test = 600 micromhos
Minimum pass/good = 380
Average NOS rating = 570
