As the photos show, it is bright green.

There is a small hairline crack on the base - see photo 6. 
Obviously this does not affect the performance in any way.

The box also has some surface tearing from old tape reside.

Tested on a calibrated Hickok TV-10 military tube tester and exhibiting no shorts and no leaks.
