Dark olive green marbled bakelite base.
Wide silver ladder plates with a shallow cup getter.
The original label is still present and legible, although it does have some wear and small tears.
Bare bullseye bottom which indicates that this is an early version instead of the typical licensing statement seen on later tubes.

Tested on a calibrated Hickok TV-10 military tube tester with no shorts and no leaks with the following results:

Gm Test = 1700 micromhos
Minimum pass/good = 1040
Average NOS rating = 1600
