The 274 EIA code indicates that this tube was made by RCA for Packard Bell.
The wording is faded but still legible.
Tested on a calibrated Hickok TV-10 military tube tester with no shorts and no leaks with the following results:
Gm Test = 8375 micromhos
Minimum pass/good = 6300
