Globe/balloon envelope with an engraved base and bare bullseye bottom (pre-licensing wording).

The box is missing one inner flap and has a tear near the bottom of one panel with a couple of smaller surface tears - see photos.

Tested on a calibrated Hickok TV-10 military tube tester with no shorts and no leaks with the following results:

Gm Test = 1100 micromhos
Minimum pass/good = 725
