Manufacturer name has been wiped from the glass. Due to the numbering/dot code style and internal structure, this appears to possibly be produced by GE tube.
Tested on a calibrated Knight KG-600B tube tester with no shorts and no leaks where 50 is minimum pass/good with the following results:
