Globe/balloon envelope with short (UV) brass pins.
Tight and secure base with no looseness.
Original label still intact with minimal wear.
There is a faint rattle in the base which is most likely a small bit of dried adhesive that is captured.
One is a very small flea bite chip located on the top rim - see photo. This would be on the "left side" if you were looking at the tube from the front/logo.
This tube tests as NOS.
Tested on a calibrated Hickok TV-10 military tube tester with no shorts and no leaks with the following results:
