Tight and secure base with no looseness.

There is an area of faint smudging on the outside of the glass that doesn't come off, but obviously this doesn't affect performance.

This tube tests as NOS.

Tested on a calibrated Hickok TV-10 military tube tester and exhibiting no shorts or leaks with the following results:

Gm Test = 775 micromhos
Minimum pass/good = 460
NOS rating = 690
