The 274 EIA code indicates that this tube was made by RCA for Crosley.

Side square D getter with black staggered 4 hole plates.

The wording on the base is very faded but still legible.

Tested on a calibrated Hickok TV-10 military tube tester with no shorts and no leaks with the following results:

Gm Test = 2250-2375 micromhos
Minimum pass/good = 1650-1650

Also performance tested in-circuit through a Class A amplifier with no microphonics detected.
