Date Code V2E. The box has an acceptance date of April 1945.

Balanced mutual conductance (Gm) with a gray glass envelope and black staggered plates.
The box is shows wear and is torn in various areas. The inner sleeve has some tears - see photos.

Tested on a calibrated Hickok TV-10 military tube tester with no shorts and no leaks with the following results:

Gm Test = 3250-3205 micromhos
Minimum pass/good = 1650-1650

Further tested under real operating conditions on a Class A amplifier and exhibiting no microphonics.
