Micro, based out of New Jersey, was one of several dozen private label tube "re-branders" of the time who purchased used and second hand tubes from the much larger vacuum tube manufacturers and sold them at a discount after re-branding them with their own name.
This one happens to test very strong.
Tested on a calibrated Hickok TV-10 military tube tester and exhibiting no shorts at1450 where 800 is minimum pass/good.
