Date Code 63-35.
Gray plates with a side square D getter.
The box has a packaged date of 6/63 (June, 1963) which aligns with the date code on the tube.
The box has some scuffing, surface staining and a partially torn inner tab/flap.
Tested on a calibrated Hickok TV-10 military tube tester with no shorts and no leaks with the following results:
Gm Test = 5300 micromhos
Minimum pass/good = 3275
