Date Code 6130.
The wording is slightly faded but still legible.
The box has a packaged date of 7-61 (June 1961). The box has old tape residue and newer tape on the top flap/tab.
Tested on a calibrated Hickok TV-10 military tube tester with no shorts and no leaks with the following results:
Gm Test = 1225-1575 micromhos
Minimum pass/good = 900-1000
