Date Code 5839 which places the production of this tube to July - September of 1958.

The box is missing one end and has some denting - see photos.

It tests a bit on the low side but still shows plenty of life left in it.

Tested on a calibrated Hickok TV-10 military tube tester with no shorts and no leaks with the following results:

Gm Test = 550 micromhos

Minimum pass/good = 410

Each diode section tests at 1225 and 1125 where 800 is minimum pass/good.
