Date Code 6-48.
The box has an acceptance date of November 1949 and a lightly stamped side panel date of 1954. The box has overall scuffing and staining with some dried tape reside.
The wording on the tube is faded and slightly worn but still legible.
Tested on a calibrated Hickok TV-10 military tube tester with no shorts and no leaks with the following results:
